Find the ticket you want to refund and click Edit. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Mark as unpaid (if the ticket was free) or Refund Ticket (if the ticket had a price). The refund will be sent back to the original card of purchase.

Your customers can choose to pay in full now or make monthly payments with the credit or debit card in their wallet.
