A Cerritos Library card is available without charge to anyone who lives or owns property within the City of Cerritos.

For patrons who do not have a Cerritos Library card, Cerritos Library offers Wireless Internet Access (Wi-Fi) Guest Cards for the following fees: $5 for one-day use; $25 for one-month use; and $50 for one-year use. Once Wi-Fi guest access service is purchased there will be no refunds.
