Sling TV

The process is the same for all devices. Sling TV is set to auto-renew by default. Remember to cancel your subscription a few hours before it is supposed to end if you don’t wish to continue using it.

If you do not see this Dashboard notification, it means the process was not successfully completed. Once you login, click your name at the top right of any page and then choose Account. On the next page, click the Billing tab and you will see the option to cancel your subscription.

Most error codes received at sign-in are related to either an incorrect email address or password. Double-check the information entered and try again. Additionally, if you experience errors logging in to My Account or the Sling app on a browser, if you use a VPN or any ad-blocking software, try disabling it.

Try turning off other streaming devices to see if this solves the problem. If it does, you will want to check your internet speed and WiFi settings next. Make sure your internet speed is strong enough for streaming Sling on your device by running a test: Perform a Speed Test >

As a Sling TV subscriber, you are not tied down by a contract. That being said, you can cancel at any time. If you choose to cancel, your current paid subscription will run for the duration of your billing cycle. This means that you can enjoy your subscription until your renewal date.

Once you login, click your name at the top right of any page and then choose Account. On the next page, click the Billing tab and you will see the option to cancel your subscription. If you have a Business account, you will also see the option to downgrade to Premium.
